Polycaprolactone (PCL) (3%) — Long-Acting Collagen Biostimulator

A long-acting biostimulator of type I and type III collagen. PCL microspheres measuring 25 to 50 µm are distributed evenly throughout the mesoderm, where they release gradually over 12 to 18 months, continuously stimulating neocollagenesis. This sustained release increases skin density, rebuilds the 3D architecture of the dermis, delivers a lifting effect improving facial contour (V-line effect), and reduces static wrinkles and skin laxity. The 3% concentration represents the optimal dosage for effective yet safe biostimulation.

Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 — Neuromodulatory Botox-like Peptide

Part of the Bio-Active Peptides Complex (2% total). Reduces expression muscle tension through a botox-like mechanism, smoothing dynamic wrinkles without causing muscle paralysis.

Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4 — Collagen-Stimulating Peptide

Part of the Bio-Active Peptides Complex. Activates fibroblasts to synthesise collagen and elastin, improves microcirculation, and supports cellular renewal. Works synergistically with PCL to amplify the collagen-stimulating effect.

EGF — Oligopeptide-1 (Epidermal Growth Factor) — Cellular Regeneration Factor

One of the most important natural growth factors used in aesthetic medicine. In the Belviso PCL Structiva formula, EGF acts complementarily to PCL and the biomimetic peptides — PCL delivers long-term collagen stimulation, the peptides deliver the botox-like effect, and EGF regenerates and accelerates cellular renewal following injection, providing rapid smoothing and radiance post-treatment.

Mannitol (1%) — Natural Antioxidant & Osmoprotectant

Sodium Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) (1%) — Viscosity Agent & Barrier Support
