• Methionyl r-Clostridium Botulinum Polypeptide-1 Hexapeptide-40 (Trade name: BPMed-BoLCA-Protein / BoLCa) — The world’s first botulinum-derived ingredient listed in the International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary (ICID). It is a recombinant protein material with a molecular weight of 53.6 kDa. It consists of the “light chain” protein of botulinum toxin and the MTD (Macromolecular Transmission Domain) protein, which acts as the “heavy chain” and enables direct penetration through the skin and into nerve cells. It cleaves the intracellular SNAP-25 structure, blocking neuromuscular transmission without paralyzing muscles.

• Glycerin — A hygroscopic substance, meaning it binds and retains water molecules. Due to its relatively small size, it penetrates into the deep layers of the epidermis, intensely hydrating the skin.

• Sodium Hyaluronate (Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid) — Has strong and immediate water-binding properties, creating a specific water reservoir on the skin’s surface.
