SNAP-8 (Acetyl Octapeptide-3) — Primary Botox-like Neuropeptide Mimics the N-terminal end of SNAP-25, competing to destabilise the SNARE complex and inhibit acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction. Reduces muscle contractions by 30 to 35%, smoothing expression wrinkles without paralysis. Considered the most effective neuropeptide of its kind — effective even when applied transdermally. Can reduce wrinkle depth by up to 60 to 80%.

Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 (Argireline®) — Neuromodulatory Amplifier A biomimetic botox-like peptide that also inhibits the SNARE complex, blocking the nerve impulse at the neuromuscular plate. Specially designed to combat facial wrinkles — reduces existing wrinkles and prevents the formation of new ones on the face, neck, and around the eyes. Together with SNAP-8 they form the Botox DUET in one preparation.

Pentapeptide-13 — Brightening Biomimetic Peptide A biomimetic peptide that mimics natural substances present in the body, directing specific metabolic cellular processes. Brightens and illuminates the skin tone. Shown to reduce crow’s feet depth visibly within 30 days.

S-Allylcysteine (SAC) — Antioxidant & Neuroprotective Agent A bioactive extract from aged garlic containing powerful antioxidant molecules. Has neuroprotective properties at multiple levels, supports muscle and tendon function, and recruits anti-inflammatory properties. Proven anti-aging and pro-health properties with a mechanism of action validated both in vitro and in vivo.

Acetyl Decapeptide-3 — Cell Renewal & Wrinkle Prevention Peptide Supports the formation of new skin cells, reduces fine wrinkles, and prevents the formation of new ones. Works synergistically with the neuromodulatory peptide complex.

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) — Barrier Repair & Brightening Agent Water-soluble vitamin B3. Precursor of coenzymes involved in cellular energy metabolism and synthesis of key skin structural components. Reduces irritation and flaking, rebuilds the skin’s protective barrier, reduces age-related skin changes including pigmentation, age spots, and enlarged pores. Inhibits transepidermal water loss. The preparation acts through two simultaneous and complementary pathways.

The botox-like pathway: SNAP-8 and Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 mimic the N-terminal end of SNAP-25, competing to destabilise the SNARE complex and inhibit acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction. When the SNARE complex is destabilised — even slightly — it prevents effective neurotransmitter release from the vesicle. As a result, muscle contractions are reduced, preventing the formation of fine lines and wrinkles. No muscle paralysis — natural expression preserved.

The brightening and regenerative pathway: Pentapeptide-13 and Acetyl Decapeptide-3 stimulate new skin cell formation and reduce fine lines. ✅ Post-Treatment Recommendations

For 24 hours after treatment:

• Do not wash the face with soap or alcohol.

For 48 hours after treatment:

• Avoid sun exposure, sunbed, and sauna.
• Do not use irritating preparations including acids and retinol.

Home care:

• Apply a regenerating cream with peptides, ceramides, or PDRN.
• Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water daily.
• After the treatment series: maintenance treatment every 2 to 3 months.
