CaHa V-line

Belviso CaHA V-Line — New Generation Stimulator-Filler A new generation hybrid skin filler combining the advantages of calcium hydroxyapatite and cross-linked hyaluronic acid in a single formula. The HA molecule is surrounded by calcium hydroxyapatite, which prevents migration in the skin while simultaneously providing a stronger volumetric effect than preparations containing only CaHA. Positioned as an optimal solution that combines the benefits of both CaHA fillers and cross-linked HA, while eliminating the key disadvantages of each. Gel consistency, white color. For professional use only.

📦 Packaging: 1 x 1.2ml syringe.

✅ Active Ingredients

Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHA) Stimulates neocollagenesis — induces collagen synthesis in the skin, providing a significantly longer-lasting effect than HA fillers alone. Has strong lifting and skin tightening properties due to its neocollagenesis characteristics. Helps define the appearance of the cheekbone, jaw, or chin due to its rheological properties. Does not migrate in the skin. Gradually biodegrades, stimulating natural collagen regeneration throughout the process.

Cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Provides an enhanced volumetric effect compared to preparations containing only CaHA. Adds additional volume and ensures tissue softness as a complement to the CaHA stimulator. When combined with CaHA, the rheological properties of both components change in a way that adds neocollagenesis properties to the HA filler, while HA strengthens the CaHA stimulator-filler with additional volume.

✅ Why CaHA V-Line — Comparison with Standalone Fillers

The main disadvantages of calcium-only fillers are initial significant swelling, temporary volume loss, and inability to correct. The main criticisms of cross-linked HA alone are short duration of action and migration in the skin. Belviso CaHA V-Line has the advantages of both while eliminating these disadvantages.

Effect duration: Cross-linked HA 6 to 8 months / Calcium Hydroxyapatite up to 2 years / Belviso CaHA V-Line up to 2 years

Pain: Cross-linked HA yes / Calcium Hydroxyapatite yes / Belviso CaHA V-Line no

Migration: Cross-linked HA yes / Calcium Hydroxyapatite no / Belviso CaHA V-Line no

Collagen stimulation: Cross-linked HA no / Calcium Hydroxyapatite yes / Belviso CaHA V-Line yes

Elimination with hyaluronidase: Cross-linked HA yes / Calcium Hydroxyapatite no / Belviso CaHA V-Line yes

Swelling: Cross-linked HA no / Calcium Hydroxyapatite yes / Belviso CaHA V-Line no

Corrections: Cross-linked HA yes / Calcium Hydroxyapatite no / Belviso CaHA V-Line yes

✅ Indications

  • Nasolabial fold filling
  • Marionette line correction
  • Chin modeling
  • Sunken temporal area filling
  • Improvement of the zygomatic area
  • Jawline lifting and definition
  • Soft tissue deficit correction
  • Need for collagen stimulation combined with volumetric filling

✅ Mechanism of Action

Belviso CaHA V-Line acts through two simultaneous and complementary mechanisms.

Immediate volumetric phase: The cross-linked hyaluronic acid provides initial volume increase immediately after injection, with tissue softness and natural integration.

Long-term collagen stimulation phase: Injected calcium hydroxyapatite induces collagen synthesis — neocollagenesis — which provides additional volume increase over time and maintains the effect significantly longer than HA fillers alone. The CaHA matrix does not migrate, stabilizing the preparation at the injection site.

The combination of HA and CaHA changes the rheological properties of both components in a mutually beneficial way — adding neocollagenesis action to the HA component, while HA adds softness and additional volume to the CaHA stimulator.

✅ Treatment Effects

  • Even and long-lasting volumetric effect for up to 2 years
  • Immediate volume through cross-linked HA gel, followed by sustained volume through neo-collagen formation
  • Lifting of nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and jawline
  • Improved definition of cheekbone, jaw, and chin
  • Reduced swelling compared to classic CaHA preparations due to the absence of CMC
  • No migration in the skin
  • Correctability with hyaluronidase if needed

✅ Treatment Areas

  • Nasolabial folds
  • Marionette lines
  • Chin
  • Temporal area (sunken temples)
  • Zygomatic area and cheekbone
  • Jawline

✅ Key Benefits

Best of both worlds: Combines the long-lasting collagen stimulation and non-migration of CaHA with the immediate volumetric effect, tissue softness, and correctability of cross-linked HA — eliminating the key disadvantages of each when used alone.

No CMC — reduced swelling: The absence of carboxymethylcellulose results in significantly less initial swelling compared to classic CaHA preparations such as Radiesse.

Correctability: Unlike pure CaHA preparations, excess product can be corrected with hyaluronidase due to the HA component, providing an important safety advantage.

Up to 2 years duration: The neocollagenesis effect of CaHA ensures the overall result lasts significantly longer than cross-linked HA fillers alone, comparable to standalone CaHA preparations.

No pain, no migration: According to the source material comparison table, Belviso CaHA V-Line does not cause pain and does not migrate in the skin, unlike standalone HA or CaHA preparations.
