✅ Active Ingredients
GHK-Tripeptide-1 (1%) — Human Tripeptide / Collagen Stimulator
A pure tripeptide composed of glycine, L-hydroxyproline, and L-lysine — the same amino acids that form the building blocks of human collagen. Glycine occupies every third position in the collagen amino acid sequence, which is critical for the stability of the collagen triple helix. L-hydroxyproline stabilises the helical collagen structure. L-lysine can be hydroxylated to hydroxylysine, contributing to cross-link formation between collagen chains, increasing tissue strength and resilience.
GHK-Tripeptide-1 is valued for its remarkable wound healing properties and stimulation of skin tissue regeneration. It acts by mimicking the body’s natural repair processes, improving overall skin condition, elasticity, and firmness. It also exerts antioxidant action, neutralising free radicals responsible for cellular damage and premature ageing.
GHK-Cu Copper Tripeptide-1 (1%) — Copper Peptide / Regenerative & Antioxidant Agent
Composed of glycine, L-hydroxyproline, and L-lysine bound to a copper ion (Cu). Copper is a powerful cofactor for many enzymes, significantly enhancing the peptide’s action. Copper-dependent enzymes participate in collagen and elastin synthesis (lysyl oxidase, responsible for cross-linking collagen and elastin fibres), energy production (cytochrome c oxidase), iron metabolism (caeruloplasmin), and antioxidant protection (superoxide dismutase).
GHK-Cu shares the regenerative and healing properties of GHK-Tripeptide-1 while additionally delivering strong antioxidant action, potent stimulation of collagen and elastin production, and powerful anti-inflammatory action. The copper ion intensifies repair processes at the cellular level, supports angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels) for improved skin nourishment and oxygenation, improves skin density and elasticity, evens skin tone by reducing pigmentation spots, and increases moisture retention by supporting the skin structure and protective barrier. Treatments with Belviso GHK-Cu can be performed year-round, including before and after holidays.
Tripeptide-29 (10%) — Collagen Signal Peptide
A tripeptide composed of L-proline, L-hydroxyproline, and glycine — the fundamental building blocks of human collagen. This sequence imitates fragments of collagen that are critical for maintaining skin structure and elasticity.
Tripeptide-29 signals to the skin that collagen has been lost and that new collagen should be produced, significantly increasing the production of type I and type III collagen and minimising fine lines and wrinkles. It improves overall skin structure, making it more uniform and smooth, strengthens the skin barrier improving resistance to external factors, and helps maintain appropriate skin hydration levels. At concentrations higher than those described above, this preparation is classified as a pharmaceutical drug for wound treatment, accelerated healing, and collagen stimulation by KFDA.
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 — Botox-like Smoothing Peptide
A muscle-relaxing peptide that simulates the action of botox. Reduces the visibility of expression wrinkles such as crow’s feet and marionette lines by temporarily relaxing the muscles responsible for their formation, resulting in smoother skin and a more youthful appearance without muscle paralysis. Improves overall skin texture and, with regular use, may contribute to long-term reduction in the frequency of botox treatments. Also helps prevent new wrinkle formation by limiting excessive expression muscle activity.
PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) — Biological Regenerative Agent
Derived from salmon DNA. Provides anti-inflammatory action, prevents tissue damage, counteracts melanin formation, and delivers wound healing properties. Promotes angiogenesis and cellular activity, stimulates collagen synthesis through activation of adenosine A2A receptors, supports soft tissue regeneration, and brightens and evens skin tone. Also effective in improving skin hydration and in therapies targeting acne scars and other skin defects.
Non-Cross-Linked Hyaluronic Acid (High Molecular Weight, approx. 2200 kDa) — Hydrating & Firming Agent
Intensively hydrates by retaining water in the epidermis, making skin softer, smoother, and more radiant. Strengthens the skin barrier, provides a tensing and smoothing effect on fine lines and wrinkles from the outside, promotes skin health by stimulating cellular renewal, soothes irritation particularly in sensitive and dry skin, and is highly compatible with the skin as a naturally occurring substance in the human body.
✅ Indications
- Loss of skin density and elasticity
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Loss of facial contour definition
- Skin requiring intensive collagen stimulation
- Thinning and atrophic skin
- Dehydrated skin
- Skin in need of regeneration and structural rebuilding
- Anti-aging prevention and maintenance
✅ Mechanism of Action
The super stimulation of collagen production is based on three synergistic pathways working simultaneously:
- GHK-Tripeptide-1 mimics the body’s natural repair processes, directly stimulating tissue regeneration and collagen synthesis.
- GHK-Cu adds the amplifying action of copper, intensifying repair at the cellular level, stimulating collagen and elastin production, and supporting angiogenesis.
- Tripeptide-29 signals collagen deficit to the skin cells, triggering a biological response that increases type I and type III collagen production.
- PDRN supports the process through activation of adenosine A2A receptors, stimulating collagen synthesis, promoting angiogenesis, and exerting anti-inflammatory action.
- Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 complements the formula with expression wrinkle reduction through muscle-relaxing action.
- High MW HA provides the hydration base and tensing effect that supports the overall quality of the skin environment.

✅ Key Benefits
- Highest concentration of active substances: The combination of GHK-Tripeptide-1 at 1%, GHK-Cu at 1%, and Tripeptide-29 at 10% represents an exceptionally high concentration of collagen-stimulating actives in a single preparation.
- Triple synergistic collagen stimulation: Three distinct collagen-stimulating pathways work simultaneously — direct repair stimulation, copper-amplified cellular regeneration, and signal-based collagen deficit response — achieving a super stimulation effect that no single ingredient delivers alone.
- PDRN from salmon DNA: One of the most advanced biological regenerative agents available, acting through adenosine A2A receptor activation to stimulate collagen, promote angiogenesis, reduce inflammation, and even skin tone.
- Botox-like smoothing without paralysis: Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 addresses expression wrinkles as part of the formula without requiring a separate neuromodulator treatment.
- Year-round applicability: The formula can be used throughout the year including before and after sun exposure.
- Visible early results: First improvements in skin elasticity and tension are observable from 2 weeks after the first session.
- Progressive long-term remodelling: Full collagen synthesis effects develop over a course of 3 to 4 treatments as the body synthesises new collagen fibres and integrates them into the existing skin matrix.
